These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fb003 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fb003 website located at fb003.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any part of the fb003 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the fb003 Platform in any capacity.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the fb003 Platform for the purpose of accessing and using the services offered therein.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all deposited funds, net winnings, and eligible bonus funds held in your fb003 Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive granted by fb003 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Device" means any internet-connected hardware (smartphone, tablet, desktop computer) used to access the fb003 Platform.
• "Game" means any online casino game, slot machine, live dealer table game, bingo product, or sports betting market offered through the fb003 Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-mandated regulatory body overseeing gambling activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to and use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within every fb003 Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active account on the fb003 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandatory under PAGCOR's online gambling regulations applicable in the Philippines and is strictly enforced by fb003 without exception.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial enterprise.
• You must be accessing and using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of fb003 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the fb003 Platform, either by self-exclusion or administrative suspension.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your membership.

fb003 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at any time where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the fb003 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

fb003 will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any communication claiming to be from fb003 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify fb003 support immediately via live chat or email. fb003 cannot be held liable for losses incurred through unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

fb003 may request additional documentation at any point to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or residential address. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

fb003 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) only via the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and major Credit/Debit Cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmed processing.

• You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits using payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited.
• fb003 reserves the right to return any deposit to the originating payment method if verification requirements are not satisfied.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. fb003 does not provide money transmission, money exchange, or any other financial services outside the context of gaming transactions.
• In the event of a payment processing error, you must notify fb003 support promptly. fb003 is not liable for losses resulting from delayed notification of payment errors.

All account balances, game stakes, payouts, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No currency conversion service is offered or implied.

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to fund the account or to a verified payment method registered in the player's name.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes of approval during business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
• fb003 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending completion of verification procedures, including identity, age, and source of funds verification.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once they have been approved and submitted for processing by the fb003 payments team.

Bonus funds are not eligible for direct withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonus play become withdrawable only upon satisfying the applicable wagering requirement associated with the relevant bonus offer. Players must ensure that all active bonus wagering requirements have been completed prior to requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

From time to time, fb003 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. fb003 reserves the right to decline bonus issuance or forfeit bonus balances where abuse is detected.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus offers may have expiry periods. Any bonus not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the individual account holder. Transfer of bonus credit between accounts is prohibited.

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through bonus exploitation — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, employing automated betting strategies to extract bonus value, or coordinating play with other accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. fb003 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

All casino games offered through the fb003 Platform — including slot machines, live dealer table games, bingo, and instant-win products — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.

fb003 exclusively partners with game providers whose products are certified by recognized independent testing agencies. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable, and not susceptible to manipulation by the Platform operator or by players.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction — including server errors, communication failures, or software faults — any bet placed during the period of malfunction will be deemed void, and the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. fb003 does not honor any wins that arise directly from a technical malfunction.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP figures.

The sports betting services offered through the fb003 Platform cover a wide range of markets including the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA), National Basketball Association (NBA), FIBA international competitions, UFC, professional boxing, international football, and baseball, among others.

All bets placed on the fb003 Platform are subject to our right to accept, decline, or void any bet at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) the bet was placed after the relevant event commenced in circumstances where live betting was not available or enabled; (b) the bet was placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error; (c) the integrity of the relevant event is in question; or (d) the bet is outside the player's applicable betting limits.

fb003 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes where odds have been published in manifest error — defined as a price so obviously incorrect that no reasonable player could have legitimately expected it to be honored. In such cases, fb003 will notify affected players and return stakes to their account balance promptly.

Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body or official competition organizer at the conclusion of the event. Subsequent result amendments, appeals, or disciplinary outcomes that occur after initial settlement may or may not lead to bet resettlement at fb003's discretion, in accordance with applicable rules for the relevant sport.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the fb003 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances pending investigation:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or do not otherwise meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Opening or maintaining more than one registered account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or in connection with any verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any other technology to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion or coordinated play with other players for the purpose of extracting bonus value or distorting the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the Platform's systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of deposits through your payment provider after gaming activity has taken place, without the prior written consent of fb003.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or accepting funds from another player's account.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

fb003 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the Platform.

fb003 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable entertainment environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations to those players seriously.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of continuous time.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined timeframe (daily, weekly, or monthly). As with deposit limits, reductions take immediate effect.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying elapsed session time and net win/loss for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion from the fb003 Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or access any Platform services.

fb003 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. All players must be 21 years of age or older. All content on the fb003 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, game software, game artwork, audio, video, and all other materials — is the property of fb003 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fb003 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any fb003 trademark, logo, or brand identity in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by fb003.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb003's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb003 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of how they arise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events outside fb003's reasonable control.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player's account at any time. Players wishing to close their account may do so by contacting fb003 customer support via live chat or email.

fb003 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• fb003 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or direction from a competent regulatory authority including PAGCOR.
• fb003 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise improper activity associated with the account.
• The player has initiated a chargeback against a deposit transaction without prior written consent from fb003.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to active investigation — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

fb003 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, fb003 will provide advance notice to registered players via email to the address registered on the account, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a notice on the fb003 website homepage, at fb003's discretion.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent date on which these Terms were materially modified. Your continued use of the fb003 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and fb003 arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact the fb003 customer support team in the first instance. Many issues can be resolved quickly through our 24/7 live chat or email support. We commit to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved at Step 1, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." fb003 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: Should your complaint remain unresolved following Steps 1 and 2, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or other applicable regulatory authority for independent review.

Both parties agree to use good faith efforts to resolve any dispute through the above process before initiating formal legal proceedings.
